MOULTON PACKHORSE BRIDGE
KING’S CROSS STATION
i took a similar photo at Kings Cross when I was down on Wednesday I do like that roof
ReplyDeleteIn a past life I worked on a few Geodetic roofs (my favourite being one thought to have been designed by Barnes Wallis, at the Ford plant in Swaythling) They are wonderfully elegant solutions for large clear spans.
DeleteThe British Museum's Great Court roof (Norman Foster) is also particularly attractive.
I was just going to say the roof reminded me of the British Museum, beaten to it.......
ReplyDeleteIndeed.
