Bloody fine bit of music that sir. Despite my normal blues, I like a nice bit of classical, and that was a fine bit of Shostakovich. And as you know from Loch Leven, I like a nice movement.
Happy New year, Gordon! It is a wonderful spot - cracking views up Crummock Dale, over to Pen y Gent and sweeping views of Bowland. God's own Country, indeed! :-)

Just come in from a bash in the kitchen. Very soothing , especially the Shostakovich. Thanks

Thank you Conrad.
DeleteAfter the mad rush of Christmas Day it's nice to sit back with a glass of Jura (thanks, Oli) and let this take you away.

Good luck with the knee.

We'd a wonderful Boxing Day too Alan, stomping round Austwick and Feizor, places I believe you're familiar with. A very Happy New Year to you Sir.
